I just read that Matt Millen is taking a leave from broadcasting while he awaits a heart transplant. I thought he did not look well the few times he was on camera broadcasting our game last week.
He is not my favorite color commentator in college football (that would be Todd Blackledge) but he called a clean game last week and was spot on in his analysis of what we were doing wrong... e.g. no pass rush. He also did not disparage our program despite our struggles.

I wish him well. Prayers sent your way Mr. Millen....

Hope it works out for him, I never minded his take when I watched games with him on the crew.

Wow, best case 10-12 years with the new heart and that's without major rejection.

Pretty sure he's the dude that had no clue why Nebraska's defense is called the Blackshirts. Hope he makes it out of surgery fine, but his presence in the booth shouldn't be missed by any husker fan.

This board has become a tiresome shitfest. Can’t even post well wishes to a fellow human being who is in a life and death health crisis without some ******* troll jumping the thread.

I am out of here. It’s been a fun ride but this isn’t worth it anymore.
