No. He is someone's agenda. If you read the story, they are simply following the 247 report which has been debunked by several individuals including Chris Harmon here.

This would not even be close to the same level of surprise as Haith and actually would be quite disappointing if it did go this way. A surprise would be Greg Schiano.

Stewart is the opposite of the Haith hire - Haith was an established head coach at a fairly high profile school in a power conference and his hiring came totally out of the blue. Stewart has a career bumping around at lower level coaching positions and now is a coordinator at a bad school and his hiring is being widely discussed in the media. They're both carbon based life forms but the resemblance between a Stewart hiring and the Haith hiring pretty much end there.
