Any chance he takes over the starting QB if Railoa starts slow? We don’t need favorites like Scotty did for Martinez.

We’re 100% set and fine with Raiola doing a 13 TD (4 vs Houston Christian) 9 int season. Just as long as he slides for those 3 yard gains on 3rd and 7 for us

Really? Could you post the stat line from the “Houston Christian” game that you are attributing 4 of his touchdowns to? I wouldn’t be surprised if he is QB2. Hopefully we’ll see him in cleanup duty at least a couple times this year.

Yeah that's a legitimate gripe. Although, it seems more like a case of incompetence than favoritism.
lol, Railoa has been treated by the head coach as a favorite since he committed.. that isn't going to change no matter how bad he plays this year.
Is Davila that bad that he won’t have a chance if Raiola doesn’t improve from last year? I’d give up on Rhule if that’s the case.
I feel better that he’s Dana’s handpicked guy. So I’m assuming he thinks he can run his offense.
I figured this year's QB2 would be Gramstad.. he's got more experience than the others. Next year, there is likely to be a bit of a shakeup in the room between Lateef, Davila, & Raiola 2.0.. but I don't think too many would be surprised to see the Raiola family name listed at QB1 and QB2.
If we are looking at a longer term QB2 situation (ie. QB1 is injured or out for season), then maybe Davila gets the nod? It likely depends on the specific situation going on.
