Usually use my turkey fryer outside for wings but wasn't going to as it was 9 degrees last night. Don't like having the smell of fryer grease in the house for three days after deep frying inside.

This is a great recipe for oven fried wings. Turned out at least as good if not better. Skin crisp and meat juicy and fluffy. I think there is something to be said about what the intense cook of a deep fry does to the cells in the meat. Makes the meat a bit tougher.

Highly recommend it. Prep easy, clean up very easy
