We’re very short on DTs for the bowl game. He started out as a DT and due to our depth at DT moved to guard where he’s been on the 2 deep at times. Anybody else think he should slide de over to DT for the bowl game at least. He could be a wide body run stuffer.

Seems like we played more guys than that but you may be right. The question then becomes do we move him to DT for next fall? Just throwing an option out there considering that we’re losing both Ty and Nash. He’s a grown man and might help us there if we don’t land a mature DT in the portal.
I think that is the question. We will have a real need at NT next year. If they think he can play, I say move him now, but I don't think there is enough need to do it just for the Bowl Game.
We seem to have plenty of guards but a shortage of DTs for next fall. I think he liked D better if I remember correctly.
my thoughts too. why come back and talk about the goal, reach the goal and then just bail? But, who knows.
Nash and Ty have pledged to play every play in the bowl game if necessary. God I love those two guys.
Bowl game does not count. RVP plays in the bowl game as long as he doesn't get bribed to enter the portal.
People thinking Ty was part of our problem are clueless. Nash had a tweaked knee and warriored through it late this year. Those two are solid. Huskers for life.
