Did we ever recruit any of them. Marina is the all time 3 point shooter at Notre Dame and her younger sister got the all Acc freshmen award.

Last 4 or 5 years what really good player have we gotten from Jersey? Someone like Essence. Maryland just got Diamond Miller.

I agree, there are some very good players in NJand our staff for some reason ignores them. Granted this year we finally are getting studs but what about the past years.

Probably I just missed seeing it, but could you post a link.
As for a they aren't our type comments, that just about happens on every school's boards when a recruit doesn't sign.
Very few times that is true.

Heck on this board there are some ( at times) who feel a player isn't our type when she decides to become a Scarlet Knight.

why would any top NJ recruits come to Rutgers, did you watch the national championship game and the level that these ladies are at

Don't care Mabrey lost. Plus the older sister is like 7 years older, so when she was in high school RU was good.

There are all kinds of reasons why top tier recruits regardless of sport prefer playing out of state.Rutgers still has lots of work to do with NJ high school recruits to change the status quo.

there was a time when the Big East pecking order was Geno, followed by CVS with Muffet a step below her.

credit to McGraw she simply soared her program to great heights every year near the top of the charts

Do we even bother to recruit the shore? I went to Squan. Faith Masonius is rated as high as a top 50 recruit on some sites. She’s headed to Maryland as well. Her season ended against Manchester who was led by West Virginia bound Leilani Correa.

And, credit their facility, and home crowd which incorprates the whole damn country. $$$$$$ talks.
