Both have their different reasons. I don't think anyone will disagree but the problem with this is the national perspective doesn't hurt the Big 12 because the Big 12 is in Texas. The state of Texas is growing. Ultimately the Big 12 can hold on and wait for the fallout elsewhere. The only threat to the Big 12 is if the SEC West can become more popular in Texas than the Big 12.But that is harder said than done.</blockquote>
