Being an also ran in their conference doesn't mean they don't have money. Thousands of alum but want to see their school win will bring in the money.
Let's put Bernie Sanders in as head of NCAA and we'll all have the same money.
I'm afraid he'd make private schools public, confiscate the billion dollar TU endowment and then have some govt official take over the day to day operation of TU. Under true socialism, nothing is private.
