Better check Lou got every team he coached put on probation except ND and they were to big a name to take down. He didn't leave ND to coach South Carolina because it was a better job.

Better check Lou got every team he coached put on probation except ND and they were to big a name to take down. He didn't leave ND to coach South Carolina because it was a better job.
First, nothing happened at ND that would have warranted probation.
Second, he didn’t leave ND to coach South Carolina. After the Air Force game in 1996 he met with administration & told them he didn’t feel he was able to coach ND to the level they deserved and would step down. Then after a break from coaching he wanted to help turn South Carolina around because of his friendship with their AD.
Lou has turned down many coaching offers since.
I don’t think you want to throw out accusations towards any other coach when you had Tom running a Varsity Blues program for decades.
