Lou Holtz has died

Father of "friend of Northwestern" Skip, he and the rest of the Holtz family will be in my prayers. RIP coach.

He was a great coach and a master motivator. I enjoyed when he had the Dr. Lou segments on ESPN. I think Skip was under appreciated in how he helped Braun that first year post Fitz.

Since my time following cfb, only Domer coach that don't mind is the current one (at the time, stated that he was going to be an upgrade over the screamer).

Well no matter how some think it occurred, Lou did win a Natty. I believe he cared about his players and the college game. RIP
