Looking at Transfer Rules

As we ramp up for championship Saturday, Bowl
Selection Sunday, the Early Signing Period, and then bowl season, I think it’s worth taking a fresh look at how the rules have changed, particularly the transfer rules. This has created an abundance of P5 transfer talent already (Auburn alone lost almost 10 already).

There are some big names out there and a few that Holgorsen and co will no doubt be courting soon.

Any names y’all are most interested in?

The 6-7 TE from Florida State to me is the most impressive.
Tim Brewster recruited the kid but the coaching change left him without a place in the new offense.

May end up at UNC but I think he may have the most potential without the name.

At least we know that tight ends are compatible with the offense! We’ll missed Wesco. Maybe a bit crowded there next year, though, with Haskins, Banks, O’Laughlin, and Beale?

Taj Griffin is another .

He is home run back with elite speed
I know WV probably needs a big boy back that is 220 but Griffin is a guy that could be used is so many ways.

Maybe it is work ethic.
But coming in college the guy was a for sure player that had the potential to take over games

How much money will Texass or OU will put up for quality transfers? Will SEC teams be in a money battle for these guys. PAC who cares about the PAC. Big 10 only has 3 or4 teams with that kind of cash and one of them allows free tats.

You don't think anyone else wanted Bigelow.
WV brought in a big time commodity last year that a lot of schools wanted.

For Texas they brought in two.
Calvin Anderson was because his step mother was a Texas Ex plus he played at Austin Westlake.
He always wanted to play at UT.

The other transfer is probably one of the best people I have seen at UT.
Tre Watson played at Cal.
Just being able to experience big time football for one year means the world to him
