Meanwhile. Steel Tariffs, still in effect.

Spending still out of control and about to get even worse.

Yeah.... real smart moderate move electing him.
This are things you clearly care about. lmao.

BTW, from the OP Tweet - in what metric is the economy tanking?

I'm sorry, was there some magical moderate economic policy he's proposed in these first chaotic days? :joy:

Economy isn't tanking and won't as long as it's artificially propped up by spending.

mmmmm, give it time. As soon as the eviction protections are gone, it, along with the housing market is going to implode. As will commercial real estate. Lots of room to make some money starting in about 9 months.

My industry had better start hunkering down. Price increases are killing us right now.

I don’t know if that’s true or not. Looking at the high volume of homes being built, significantly rising costs to build, home sales going through the roof, it’s just not sustainable. Add in when the foreclosures start happening at the end of the protections and it doesn’t look good.
Transportation and supply is becoming an issue as the trucking is being repurposed to meet other higher priority demands. Continually rising fuel costs and demand as we start reopening.

Do you see it differently? If so, why? Genuinely asking.

Part of the reason prices are soaring. Eventually that will decline (?) but more importantly more supply is on its way.
But will demand continue to increase? And what happens when the foreclosure cycle that’s been forestalled over the last year begins?
