Lol just turned on their game and Providence was on like 10-1 run. Shoe is really offensively challenged. Wish we had that game back with our heads on straight.
Don't hold your breath on the OOC (especially this years Big East), as always it's going to get done by taking care of business at the RAC vs B1G teams with stronger resumes.
Whether they win by 1 or lose by 1 won't affect our NET much so **** em. Then again, **** Providence too

Eh I don't think that's really true. It's always a bigger game for the worse team. That was to our benefit in 2017 and their benefit this year.
Seton Hall is a nice little school, but outside of North Jersey, and but for an occasionally decent hoops team, is largely irrelevant otherwise. OF COURSE shu is more obsessed with RU.

On telling example - there has historically been far more conversation about Rutgers on their board (throughout the season) than there is on ours about SHU. Noticeably more. Regardless of which team is better. On the Rutgers board there is very rarely any discussion (outside game week/ immediate aftermath) about SHU. Just fact. Admittedly, however, their ru obsession seems to lessen every year and is a fraction of what it used to be
From the one and only game I'll watch them play all season (well, unless they make the NCAAs maybe) they remind me of a Pike team. Bad offense, solid defense. I think they probably can make it into quad 2.

My overview
While losing the games we did hurts as a fan there are a ton of games to go
If we play like we did against Indiana, Ohio state and wake, we win enough games to make the tourney without festering about what these other teams do after playing us
I hope some day, maybe this year even, you win enough to finish in the top 20
and not have to look back or sideways
There are a lot of teams that don’t sweat this and I hope we can be one soon

The thread is legendary. but we are mentioned and ridiculed on many other threads, particularly when it comes to recruit rankings and NJ players who commit to them
