In the final 8 games to be in position to make the big dance. Crazy things happen in sports and why can’t our team have a great player added midseason and the team goes on an amazing run?

6-2?

I think 5-3 won’t undo the damage fro earlier this season but if this team is 9-2 in their last 11 with the JWill addition, I think they make a convincing statement

I don’t want to think about it until after the game Thursday. Must win game to even entertain this possibility.

Two more quad one wins as part of a 6-2 record in the last 8 seems about right to get near the bubble.

Road games at Nebraska, Purdue and Wisconsin are all quad 1. At Minnesota could be if they finish well - they're 85 in the NET and would need to be in the top 75.

I say 6-2 would put us in the conversation. 19-12 (11-9), come in 9-2 with our full team so we can give the committee a reason to overlook some of the earlier season woes... hey if you ding us for no Mag at season end last year, you should credit us for not being the same team in a food way this year. That record would also include at least two more road conference wins so 4-6 on the road or better in conference play, plus the win at SHU.

Beat the Wildcats! Payback tour continues on Thursday night!

This team could definitely win the B1G tournament, especially if it can avoid Illinois
That is the one team that I want to avoid at all costs. Maybe it's different with J Will playing, but I would still give Illinois the decided edge.

Yes. Not surprising that Jeremiah was an Illini commit. Underwood knows what he's doing. I figure if we get the double bye we've got a 1 in 5 shot at winning it. So still a big climb but you never know.

6-2 might get it done, but it would depend on the strength of the other bubble teams. I kind of feel like 7-1 is needed to get to 20 wins.

I know it's one game at a time... let's enjoy this ride. As the OP said, strange things happen in sports.

6-2 to get on a realistic bubble and need 2 Q1 wins maybe 3
NW is the only home quality win left. RU needs to beat Wisconsin perhaps on the road.

Right now the resume isnt hot

bad net and only 2-8 Q1 with a net likely to be around 90 tomorrow.

no margin of error.

Northwestern is pretty much a must win
