I'm wondering if anyone in the Pack can help me out with this riddle:
While it seems painfully obvious that our offense is hot garbage on game day, one thing we have consistently heard over the last few weeks is that they look good in practice and have no trouble moving the ball. That would make perfect sense to me if our defense were also hot garbage. But it's not. We've played some good teams and our D is legit. If the Air Raid cannot be successful in the SEC, how is it successful when practicing against a good SEC defense? (Or is the whole thing about practicing well just not true?)
Thoughts?
