A shooter...........nice to recruit one. Woj and Danny had trouble finding shooters except for Woodard and Hurtt.

Korita reminds me of Baker from Wichita State.

Haith has signed two "shooters"....Rusic and Birt. Neither have worked out. Hopefully Korta will live up to the hype. We need him.

I'm not pigeon holing anyone who can draw 9 or so shooting fouls to the 'shooter' label. You don't get that many fouls if you're not driving or playing inside. I know he's got a good stroke from outside, but it seems like he should be more than just that.

The two SF recruits for next season seem like they're going to pose problems for people. We just need those last pieces to fall in place.... And a new defensive philosophy lol.

Hurtt wasn't a shooter when he got here, he worked himself into that. He did a lot of cutting and slashing and he had a great 10-12 footer, but the longer range stuff didn't seem to take hold until later when Wojcik had no choice but to play him more.

Just to reiterate TU BLA the only thing keeping Hurt from being a very high recruit was his inability to shoot. He was the most athletic player in the KC metro area out if HS. I don't know how to search for it, but several of my coaching friends in the KC metro area gave us a scouting report that I posted when he committed to us.

Collier is another great Tulsa shooter who wasn't a great HS shooter. Of course he changed positions.
