THAT is begging the question. The statement assumes the premise to be true without support. (Not criticising ImBad here, just a good opportunity to illustrate proper use of begging the question.)
People on this board wanted to honor our 91 team after losing in round one.... So I guess I would take him in a heartbeat
Would we have to move our bench to the baseline so he would be comfortable? Would certainly be preferred to many others mentioned but you need to be sure the hunger is still there.
Hobbs sure as hell isn't hiring anyone who isn't "hungry." I think we should all be well aware of that by now.
I meant his team still made the tourney. I know they lost. I would take a listless performance if we made the damn tourney.
No way we can get Marshall from Wichita and I don't want Stallings. He's a grumpy old man whose team is grossly underachieving... They have 3 NBA players, size, shooters and guard play and they play with no chemistry and look like they don't like each other. Did you see some of the expressions on that team last night? They were blaming each other etc. I remember he and Baldwin had an incident last year too. No thanks!
Baldwin is uber talented, a little overrated and very cocky...not the right fit of talent for a Stallings. The other "Pros" are a tad overrated, this isn't UNC or Kentucky type talent, we beat their underclassmen at Barclays last November in Eddie's 2nd season....
Never understood why Baldwin went there. I agree not he right fit for stallings..He's a very bright kid..so maybe that's it. Definitely some attitude issues just like in high school. Still thought he would have gone to a bigger program.
Why would Marshall leave there to come to RU when he's turned down much better programs? Plus, he's built something there.
