The article is hilarious. Funny how he mentions Tulsa but fails to mention Tulsa has outperformed UCONN as an athletic dept. since we’ve joined the AAC

But it’s because of Tulsa and SMU that UConn can’t recruit off of a NC!!!!1

Again that argument is gutless. Cincinnati has held course in basketball and hasn’t dropped off at all. The only difference between the two- the head coaches. Cronin remains (unfortunate) and Ollie replaced a legend. USF had one good season in basketball and was always at the bottom of the heap in the old Big East in basketball. He can blame being in a conference With Tulsa and SMU all he wants, but maybe he needs to start and introspective search for reasons for their failure

And Geno’s recruiting hasn’t dropped off and playing in the American hasn’t caused his teams to drop off any.

Speaking of UCONN and Cincinnati, UCONN has scored 12 pts in the 1st 15 minutes of the 1st half of their game (Cincy only has 21 though)
