Every time we make the trip home to visit my in-laws, my wife insists on eating at El Ranchito at least once for their fajita potato. Haven’t found anything similar where we live. Pretty sure she likes eating there more than the visit itself.

this is important..from my restaurant days ...to go orders cost more in packaging and by not selling the highest margin item...the drink, it really helps when you do tip more

To each their own, but I've found Boo's steaks to be nothing special. Gibbs is much better. Anyone can charcoal grill a much better steak at home, start with a good prime filet.
