The thing about Jackson is there is a 1000% chance that whoever fired that shot has a long rap sheet and should probably already be in jail. Their "courts" are their main problem.

I tend to think Robert Schuler Smith is the biggest problem. Basically, no one has been running the DA office for 8 years. There are some good prosecutors in that office, but zero leadership.
