I really like this kid. He's a better post prospect than Enoch was coming in, who was known more for his mid range game at Norwalk HS. Carlton has good footwork, hands and some explosiveness off the ground.

The question is can he be developed faster than our recent Bigs? Year 4 like Facey won't cut it. We are going to need contributions in year two, if not sooner.

The law of bodies states that if you have a bunch of bodies who can play in the frontcourt they can't all suck. If they do all suck, then your program sucks at recruiting and developing big men. So the law of bodies dictates that someone should be able to play and maybe it will be Carlton.

I hear ya ...kid looks to have evolved on his low post moves from some of his earlier tape...though he's still a little gangly, with not much lift .....I'm hoping for the best once they all suit up as Huskies ..... but since the program only has 2 players on the team that actually had any extended Uconn minutes .....like they say in Missouri ......... SHOW ME .... it's time for KO and the newbies to shock the world !.... or else

From the film, you can tell he has a high ceiling. But it's up to the staff developing him( not the best track record) and his work ethic/ability to learn . Because potential without consistency, gets coaches fired. Or at least it should.
