Here is the full interview. Do any of the one-and-done guys deserve a shout? I probably would have included Zion.
That’s solid. Hard to see an all time Duke list without old number 24 Johnny Dawkins on it. And Singler and Jay Williams. Jay may have been the most talented guard in the history of Duke, but Hurley can’t be left off this list. His three pointer against Unlv in 91 one of the biggest shots in Duke history.Laettner, Brand, Battier, Hill, Hurley.
I’d put Danny Ferry in there somewhere. He was the bridge from the 86 team to the Laettner/ Hill/Hurley team. Led Devils to Ff in 88 and 89. Hugely important player for Coach K.My second 5 Zion,Singler, Dawkins, Reddick and J Will.
3rd 5 Cam and Carlos, Kyrie, Avery and Maggette.
4th team Cooper, Kon, Tyus, Winslow, Gminski.
5th team: Okafor, Bagley, Duhon, Dunleavy, RJ
