It has recently had to embarrassingly cut programs. All because when it comes to failure they have refused to change course -for years on end now.  THAT mentality permeates the entire culture of WVU yet some refuse to see that taking some bold steps would be necessary to improve things instead of just sticking with the status quo.Doing what you've always done and failing at it, while expecting different results; that's the mentality of too many.
