not exactly dominant.

I always fear the coach of the team that has one good year, especially when that team has one exceptional player which can mask a lot of problems.

Look at his background he looks like he's been at Yale for 15 years or so without a ton to show for it. I'd pass. Steve Donahue did well towards the end of his Cornell tenure as well and didn't work out at BC. He can have whatever kind of run this tourney it wouldn't change my mind. I always worry about flash in the pan runs in the tourney which raises the profile of a coach but then the body of work outside of that isn't that substantial.
