I guess. I think Deboer seat will be in fire at the end of the year. I just don’t think there gonna be that good this year. And the qb for Bama to me is pretty average.
I think Tony is a solid DC . But this says more about Deboer being in trouble at Alabama if this continues.

Rhule brought in his forming dcoord with Carolina as a defensive consultant and Butler to coach dbacks, both which had friction with White, and of course Rhule chose his buddies over the top dcoordinator in the nation. I can understand it somewhat, just because White was likely to leave, or at least that was Rhule's preference, just to get it over with, and fill out the staff with guys who always be loyal to Rhule. The new guys never have a chance to leave, since nobody else would want them. It is just Rhule's DNA. He has to be in charge, and things need to be run his way...which is why the offense is still terrible, even though we have a decent o-coord. The offensive scheme still has to be accepted by Rhule...the pace and timing of the offense has to be to Rhule's liking, which makes for really boring football. It is absolute insanity that White lead us to two great defensive seasons, and Rhule was basically surrounding him with spies and consultants, meanwhile Satt was literally the worst offensive coach in the nation and was on his own.

I mean, you knew and I knew and all the fans new that Bama was not great because of some magical coaching job by Saban. It was the magical job of his boosters buying the best players for 15 years. Once that evened out, Saban new it was time to get the hell out because it would have meant going back to not always having the best 22 players on the field for every game.
Ok…. Point still stands Deboer will not survive just because of the dominance Bama had very recently. We have seen that play out first hand
FSU has allowed 66 yards rushing against a top 10 team.
We allowed over 200 to a Big 12 team that had a losing record last year.
If you genuinely think our defense is in better shape than FSU’s, you’re going to overdose on copium.
