Well looks like the Cards are still playing. So what do you guys think of this matchup? Trojans are a 1 seed in split conference. So are favorites coming in. Well don't know if they have seen any team with 4 running backs like they will see come Friday. Which could be a problem with all those fresh legs coming at you for 4 QT like that. But it's the playoffs anything could happen.

Playoff games can be tough on the road but this looks to be a tossup. I doubt West has played 2 teams back to back like Jacksonville had to do. Jacksoville has been in every game but the Havelock game . If they had a different game between the West Craven and Havelock game I suspect the Havelock game may have been closer .
Agreed after watching some full games of West on YouTube. Just can't see them dealing with the weapons that Cards have. Way to much speed for them. Teams have ran the ball on them rather easily and we know the Cards are going to let those youngsters run wild. Westover stacked the box all night and still got burned for 300 plus yards rushing. When you got 4 backs like that it's hard to stop all of them for 4 quarters. One good back you can stop but 4 your almost never see that at the high school level. Defensively the Cards get beat on big plays from simply not wrapping up. Westover game was really not that close we had a TD called back they scored on a busted play and a run that the kid had to to get touched by every defender we had on defense and nobody tackled him. They tried throwing the ball because they really could not run but they had QB running for his life most of the night. So like you said before these youngsters can and will give teams some fits in these playoffs. They will be ok as long as they don't beat themselves

I saw a different game... J. Allen had 18-184 rushing in 3 quarters. You scored on 2 blown assignments defensively, and the refs helped you at the end on the the clock!!!! Not to mention the phantom hold and horrible interference call. Consider yourself blessed to still be playing

The 32 yard touchdown and the 27 yard TD her scored because nobody wanted to tackle him. Great run by the kid other then that nothing. We had two go for over a hundred one on only 7 carries and thank goodness he got ejected because score would not have been that close he proved once he got passed your linebackers you had nobody to catch him.

Football holiday I am not taking away from Jax for beating Westover as they are still playing tonight in the eastern finals and that is a great acomplishment. Heck I am even pulling for them since they beat Westover. Having said that I will say they were fortunate, maybe even lucky to pull that game out. They are probably better than Westover but that night luck at the end seemed to be on their side. I was right on the goal when the 4th down pass was called complete but I saw dual possession and looked to me more like an interception. I have respect for Jax in the past and am familiar with their history. I remember Leander Green and I saw Colson led team in 1980 beat an undefeated Pine Forest team in the playoffs. I have respect for the program but just saying perhaps they got lucky at the end of the Westover game but here they are in east finals so I guess I will say go Cards
