He is every bit of a lottery pick. Silly to pretend otherwise. That ability to get to the rim is unmatched — not a faster player with the ball in his hands in the countryHe is not a lottery pick. May happen but whoever picks him up will be disappointed.
Not true because he will be playing in the NBA.His athleticism is outstanding which makes him difficult to guard.Teams would have a better chance to stop him by playing zone.Anyone can pad their stats with a million free throws. Not impressive at all
Well we will see in year one in the leagueHe is every bit of a lottery pick. Silly to pretend otherwise. That ability to get to the rim is unmatched — not a faster player with the ball in his hands in the country
They don't call traveling in the NBA so he'll be fineShuffles his feet a lot before putting the ball on the floor. Running start. One of these days he will be whistled for a travel in a big spot.
Ben Simmons got a max contract.Doesn’t the NBA value 3-point shooters? Ivey has NBA athleticism and skill off the bounce, but he’s very pedestrian from deep.
He’ll collect a paycheck, but not sure he’s a star without the shooting chops.
He has no midrange either.Doesn’t the NBA value 3-point shooters? Ivey has NBA athleticism and skill off the bounce, but he’s very pedestrian from deep.

Ben Simmons is a point guard. Does Ivey have similar abilities? Great athlete, no doubt about it. He will be drafted high on his potential but if he doesn't show range, that will limit him at the next level.Ben Simmons got a max contract.
He shoots 38% from three this season and the shooting jump signifies a lot of improvement, I’m sure will make teams not too worried about his shooting ability. Then gotta realize he is an extreme athlete at the guard spot, probably the best since Ja Morant. And he’s been incredible.Doesn’t the NBA value 3-point shooters? Relax. He got way tooooooooooooooo many FT's on tooooooooooooo many ticky-tack fouls against. us. Yes, he's a great player and will be in the NBA next year, but please, don't defend him here.Everyone nitpicking this kid's game in this thread would do unspeakable things to see him in a Rutgers uniform.
Agreed and that's why we fouled him so much as our defenders aren't as quick and the rotations sometimes didn't even help as he'd switch directions to elude even that. Guy is a serious NBA talent - biggest question for whether he's a solid player or a star is his 3-point shooting, as he has been inconsistent. He is every bit of a lottery pick. Silly to pretend otherwise. That ability to get to the rim is unmatched — not a faster player with the ball in his hands in the country
Yep. He's really goodIvey is a lottery pick lol.
You guys are nuts for thinking otherwise
