if it’s real, what year is it from? I never remember seeing state wear these.

I'd say it's some kind of knock off. In one set of pictures the MS&28 are lined in gold and they're lined in silver on the jersey!

I’m trying to find a state baseball jersey to buy, but it’s pretty tough to find a good one. Basically eBay is the only source, because the replicas sold by adidas are pretty terrible.

I am in a Braves group and a lot of people go on DHGate for jerseys made in China. It apparently is some type of website that hooks you up directly with the manufacturers. Some look exactly like what you would get from MLB.com and others not so much. It is just like ebay in that you just have to check out the sellers reputation.

They are also getting the jerseys for $20-40 instead of $100-120. Most say the overall quality is pretty much the same and who knows, it might be coming from the same actual manufacturer.

DH Gate can be great if you get the right sellers. My Saints jerseys look like they were stolen from the locker room, way nicer than what you'd buy most places (~25 a piece).

Baseball jerseys can be tough, since most of the sellers don't carry maroon (looks like more garnet), but if you are ok with our black or gray jerseys, I just ordered some nice ones with custom names and numbers for 25/each.

I heard that a limited amount of pin stripes with the scripted State across the front will be available at the Campus Book Mart in the near future. I also heard that Addidas is a pain in the *** to deal with and sends you what they want instead of what you want to order (which a lot is based on what customers tell you they want). For instance, no maroon fitted caps this year. Only black. Maroon fitted caps will be back out next year.

Probably, these guys for sure do, and they got all the numbers and sizes correct for the message I sent them (which is not a given when dealing with these kinds of sites).

I ordered a custom black and a custom pinstripe. For $50 I have zero complaints other than I should've paid attention to what I was ordering. There are options for with or without the CWS patch. The black is a higher quality material and the pinstripe is a little lighter which might not be a bad thing in the summer. I'll be ordering more.

I agree. I wish they would also make a 1950's era style Jackson Senators jersey and hat as well. If they sold MSU stuff it might be their best seller.
