Is the 2023 class full at 16 ?

I noticed Rutgers recently received commitments from two PWOs and has 16 scholarship verbals for 2023.
Are we done ?

I think we have to hit the portal hard, I would say that we are going to need a dude that can be a true #1. Cruickshank and Ryan played really well this year, we just kind of didn't execute at the level we needed to constantly. Upper classmen have been there before and know what it takes to finish.

Last I checked, 2 2* and 14 3* players.

That's not gonna get us there.

Also, not interested in "Coach can take underrecruited players and coach 'em up!" If that were true, we wouldn't be walking away from this year with a 4 win season.
