The weakest/softest finisher around the rim ever? Seems like if he had the intensity/tenacity of Lawrence Roberts of Charles Rhodes to finish ... he’d be much better.

I realize he had a double double today but just always seems like he leaves to many points out there by not converting when he gets a chance on an and 1.

He clicked at some point in the second half. He had gone up far too soft, maybe expecting a foul call that never came. He did go strong after that.

He just needs to play like he did in the second half more often. He just settles way too often. I really don’t mind him trying to take 3s every now and then. He can hit when he’s feeling it, but he needs to be trying to score in the paint first. It’s really just questionable decision making that’s holding him back.

You do realize Roberts never dunked right? He just knew how to go up with his off hand and put his body between himself and the defender. So saying going up strong like roberts is the same as saying going up strong like webster.
