*****Iowa vs Minnesota Game Thread*****

I so want to root against Minnesota, but it makes Iowa look slightly better if the Goophers keep up their undefeated home streak alive (for now).


Only thing that stinks is MIN would have 1.5 game lead on the Hawks with Iowa getting ready to start a real buzzsaw of a 3-game stretch on Sunday afternoon.

Iowa plays all of these teams. Outside of another game together, what Minnesota does going forward has no impact on Iowa. If Minnesota ends up ahead of Iowa in the standings, then that says more about Iowa and their potential NIT run than it does about the Gophers.
