I could see Indiana sitting on their bag of tricks and cruising to a 3 score win.

I believe Cignetti has a personal beef with Bielema

Cignetti definitely has the magic sauce! As well as a first-round pick at QB.

He’s 63, iirc. Kind of old for most ADs looking for the next big thing. And Indiana is paying him top dollar, and going all out financially to support the team. And yet many still say that winning a championship at IU is impossible.

It will be fascinating to see what he does going forward.

Is he still using all the guys he brought with him or has he recruited well?

I think the answer is yes.

One key recruit is the QB from Cal. And given his success in developing QBs, and Indiana’s willingness to pony up for NIL, that should remain a strength moving forward.

Imma need Indiana to put up 30 in the first quarter, so I can watch a bunch of murders wave to the children at the end of the first.

Illinois just had their "Nebraska moment" where Indiana completely goes off on them and blows them out. I just think Indiana has too much fire power for Iowa.
Not sure. After playing us they slowly diminished last year and were soundly beaten twice. Michigan was also a close game at home. I also notice that every Big 10 team seems to have one really bad game each year. Playing good competition every week can cause teams to lose focus and play badly.
Not saying Indians isn't good, but there is a lot of football left to be played.

Don’t underestimate kkk yes Iowa sucks but it wouldn’t surprise me if Iowa doesn’t win by a field goal, since Indiana had a emotional game against Illinois

Cignetti made some comment in a presser that they needed to prepare as they have a much tougher opponent this week.

after the “we broke their will” comment - one thing is for sure … dude has a bag of salt in his pockets to rub in those wounds.

Yeah, Indiana by 14 minimum….
Yeah, even if Indiana struggles on offense, and Iowa moves the ball some...it will still be something like 24-10. Iowa is kind of a sucky version of Illinois, might be a bit better on defense but worse on offense. Indiana can't be as good this week as last but are too dynamic.

One of my co-workers believes he’s done for the year. The other thinks he’s fine and will be back after the bye.
I mean, does it matter? He sucks.

The real issue is what this does for the fan base. I am guessing half hate their coach and half love him. So this will be the excuse for both sides to use against or for him as he continues to hold that program hostage.

It doesn't matter who they have at QB. They could trot out Chuck Grassley to QB and the game plan wouldn't change. They would muck it up and try to keep it close. Hell, they beat us the last two years with Div 3 QBs.
