This game isn't about scheme/play calls/ it is about playmaking. Stop diminishing the opponent as if those guys do not work hard, do not prepare as hard. This is competition, they want it as bad or more than us, and respect that. I hope this drought has taught fans to enjoy the game of football for the sake of the deeds, the adversity, the competition, and not just to brag about said program, to go on message boards and trash other teams. This game is about preparation and then action. I enjoy watching this husker team. And look forward to seeing more great plays in the future.

This drought has made me humble as a fan. To appreciate every win. To appreciate Bo’s 9 win seasons. I’m looking at this season differently than others and by that I’m ignoring the Wins and Loses posted, but instead I’m paying attention to how are we playing. Are we playing hard and inspired? Are we playing smart? Is our offense evolving? Are there any new surprises added (Kade)? Are we recruiting the athletes and lineman needed to succeed. Those are the things I’m focusing on. If we succeeded at all of those, the wins will eventually come.
