Remember that Appalachian State hung with Penn State the entire game. I don't think Illinois hanging with Penn State for 3 quarters really means a whole lot. If we held with Michigan for 3 quarters tomorrow and ended up losing by 39, I don't think other teams would suddenly be extra concerned about us.
