Agree. I'd rather have an earlier kickoff than freezing my cojones when the sun goes down.
Grow up. Maybe start getting loaded at 6 am if it bothers you so much.
They should have a rule similar to the NFL and have games for the two teams on a non-streaming service.

It's RU's first Peacock game of the year. Some teams have had 2. Ohio State, Penn State, Oregon and Indiana have each a Peacock game. In fact 11 of 18 teams in the Big Ten have appeared on Peacock.
Ohio State is going to play six straight games at noon to close the season.
Last year RU had 3 noon home games. The year before RU had just 1.

Everybody has different reasons to prefer noon or later games.
Noon is generally less favorable for people who like to tailgate a long time. For me, like to get stuff done before leaving for the game, which is difficult to do when we leave around 9-10 for a noon game. Don't feel that strongly about it, but prefer 3:30.
They can kiss my butt with that Peacock stuff. I'll be at the game, so all it does is prevent me from recording the game for rewatches. And if RU plays anything like they did vs. Wisconsin, UCLA, or USC I won't be watching any replay anyway.
Frankly, having been a fan since Rutgers games were broadcast on NJ public television, I honestly never thought I would ever have to pay extra to watch a Rutgers football game. I guess this is the Big Time now.
Even back in the NJ public TV days not every game or even every home game was televised. Of course today we would all love all Rutgers games be on FOX but to actually complain about it is dumb. Rutgers gets a huge paycheck for us to be able to watch every single game!
We are just spoiled these days.
That's only for Rutgers-Minnesota games. Not sure what Paul T would do for Illinois.
Love the noon games. Gets me get home for a nice dinner and watching night games. Also B1G tradition is noon games. It's not a knock. Get used to it unless we are highly ranked.
Noon games are not a punishment and either are Peacock broadcasts. The top B1G games are often at noon and Fox has their first pick at noon every week. Peaxock (NBC) pays handsomely to have a Peacock exclusive game almost every week and this is only our first one this year.
Still, I much prefer later kickoffs for home games as tailgating is important to me.
We got lucky a couple years ago with only 1 nooner. Last year we had only a few. Hopefully next year we’ll have less nooners.

Correct. But I stand by my comment about an alternative to Peacock being made available to the two teams playing similar to what the NFL does.
Would defeat Peacock’s purpose of exclusive coverage to drive subscriptions.
NFL is not relevant as they drive plenty of demand from out of market areas.

The Friday night games work well for us. We generally won't get national exposure on Saturdays until we are consistently a 9 or 10 win team.
