Illegal headlock on Chandler

I noticed on the highlight video from the Pittsburgh dual that the Pittsburgh wrestler had an illegal hold on Chandler. Didn't see it while at the match though. Great comeback for the win.

His hands were locked around Chandler's head without an arm encircled.

Pretty sure he had his right arm, that's why he was able to not get stuck.
