According to a post on genespage, Fanning was going around on fraternity chapter night trying to get the students in the seats for the game vs. Tennessee.

actually was a good speech, never have really thought about going to a womens game but I think she convinced a few to go actaully.

for this *** chewing she gave her team when UM went up 18. For almost the entire timeout, the camera was on her for all to see on the big screen. It was a reaming to behold.

5K in attendance. It was actually fun to watch. We had Latoya and Tan. Kara Lawson hit a shot near the end to beat us.

I have to admit, while I don't watch it all the time, women's basketball can be fun to watch b/c there are more fundamentals involved. You can't recover from bad defense with freakish athletic abiliity and quickness like you can in the men's game.

Fanning has done a good job so far and I would dearly love to see her finally win one against that scary lady from Tennessee.
