Yes, the officiating was trash, but we poopd the bed in the fourth with a gassed defense, no answer for the power run game, and continuing sloppy penalties.

Illinois was the stronger, better team in the 4th quarter. Lucked out when we got it to OT, then proved we had nothing left.

NU couldn’t have asked for a better situation. They got a strip sack when Illinois was poised to take the lead. NU drove to the 21 yard line and had a wide open TD opportunity. Raiola overthrew the game winner. OT was a fu**ing joke though. God, NU was an abomination in OT

The officiating didn't beat us. Allowing chunk plays did. My goodness it started to look we had all our walk ons out there. The White D got exposed last week and now the formula is out there. Seal those two D ends and you have an edge. Pathetic

Defense was bad all night. Offense kept us in it but wasn’t good enough to win it without help. Special teams has been special all year.
