Don't you have your referees constantly screw over Oklahoma and Texas for the next few years? Get them a few 7-5/6-6 seasons (or maybe even a losing record or two) and send them off to the SEC as damaged goods. At this point, there's no real reason for the Big 12 to go out of their way to make sure either of those schools are winners.

I think it's better than a 90% chance that Oklahoma and Texas will be in the SEC next fall and that's only because it's too late for this fall. They'll work the money out and not linger.
