Howard wouldn't start for any D2 school in WV. If he truly is the best qb on the roster, the attorney general needs to investigate Holgorsen for fraud...

I was worried that this would be the outcome when I heard he won the starting job. There is a reason he bounced around in the JUCO pool before he ever actually got a D1 roster spot. Its frustrating how often the supposedly strong point of the team (the offense) is so dependent on JUCO transfers at key positions. Hell, outside of Dana's inheritance, the best season WVU has ever had was with transfers at QB, WR1, WR2. Smallwood is the only offensive skill player that has been a consistent contributor AND was not a transfer.
