I wish I could sleep, almost 4 am and wide awake. I average 4 to 5 hours of sleep in 24 hours every day. Sometimes it is during the day and others is at night. Do any of the older folks on here have that problem ? Too much worrying I guess...
You had me until you said you “looked good in underwear”…Same here! Brother!…I tried ambien…that stuff ain’t no joke….had to quit using that…..when my wife found me spraying weed killer on my neighbors’ clover at 2 am!
She said I looked good in my underwear though!

Tried that and worked a while and I probably could take a bottle and not faze me. Also tried Ambien and went to sleep pretty fast instead of laying there for an hour or two, but still woke up in 3 to 4 hours had crazy dreams.Melatonin works ok. It’s natural and non habit forming. Hope you get some rest
Tylenol PM has the same sleep ingredient as almost all over-the-counter sleep aid, DIphenhydramine HCI 50mg which is also for allergies like Benadryl Diphenhydramine HCI 25mg and most cough syrups. Believe me, I have tried them all. I guess I will have to live with it. Now NyQuil helps more than anything but who wants to take a cold medication every night to sleep. LOL, I tried the NyQuil sleep aid and again it is just DIphenhydramine HCI 50mg. Some say a glass of warm milk helps but I've never tried that, I guess I just don't see it helping if all others failed. Ambien works for about 4 hours then I wake up off and on the rest of the night dreaming each time something that I can't remember the next day. While yours might not be a pain issue but I always in pain but when it gets to the point I can't sleep because of it I take a couple of Tylenol PM they knock me out usually of course I'm the type of if med states makes you drowsy it really hits me.
Well I was going to mention NyQuil I've taken that too but not the one for a cold the one for just sleep supposed to be the same thing as regular NyQuil just without the cold stuff odd one helps and not the other..if you haven't best thing you can do is go to your doctor they can do a sleep study or something and maybe find something that will help.Tylenol PM has the same sleep ingredient as almost all over-the-counter sleep aid, DIphenhydramine HCI 50mg which is also for allergies like Benadryl Diphenhydramine HCI 25mg and most cough syrups.
