Meanwhile, WVU head coach better watch the sky as a grass-roots movement has tried to hire a plane to fly a banner over the stadium for Homecoming this Saturday reading "Fire Neal Brown" for his remarks made at a news conference. What I like to know is, according to the article, they raised a little over 5,000 dollars for the plane rental and banner. What kind of plane can you rent for 5 K? An old WW1 prop plane made of balsa wood???

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (WBOY) — Plans to fly a plane with a banner calling for WVU to fire Neal Brown have been temporarily grounded, organizers say.

In a blog post on the crowdfunding website *spotfund, organizer Curt Hurley said that a banner displaying the phrase “Are you having fun? Fire Neal Brown” will likely not be flown during WVU’s homecoming matchup on Saturday vs. No. 11 Kansas State after the flight company “backed out.
Hurley said that he was working with some other donors to find a replacement, but that he fears it will be too late to find one by Saturday. However, he assured donors that the banner will fly soon.

“I assure you I have not touched the money, its all still sitting there. Waiting to be used for an upcoming game. The banner will fly. I will not take a cent of this money for myself. This whole mission was simply to send a message. Even without it flying yet, I believe that message has been sent,” Hurley said.

As of Friday afternoon, the fundraiser has received $5,101 in donations. Hurley said that any additional money raised will go toward “next steps” including signs, billboards and even another future banner flight.

Technically he has no seat. The only way he's coaching FSU next year is if the boosters don't pony up the buyout
His buyout is approximately $63 million dollars. That’s a massive buyout. FSU may be stuck with him for awhile. The buyout drops by about $9 million per year until the end of the contract, which I think, isn’t until 2031?

Penn State broke WVU. They brought in a sports psychologist to help them deal with last years loss. That has loser mentality all over it.
