I literally cant think of a single thing that I like about Kansas. Helms banners, hair pieces, and running out of time.

I understand and feel what you're feeling as well, but it's hard to 'hate' them in the fullest sense of the word as we own them all time (22-6.)

I agree with the first two replies. They just haven't made it to the hate level. Don't like them but do respect the history. Gotta reserve the animosity for IU, Duke and UL.
Oddly enough, some people actually like Kansas.
I root against Kansas whenever I get the chance but I have no real animosity towards them per se. Louisville, Indiana, & UNC make me sick. Duke is a little below those 3 because they haven't cheated and have no affiliation with Bobby Knight or Rick Pitino but the air of pretension in the program and coach is, well, "AMAZING". Honestly though, I find their fans probably easier to deal with than Kansas fans.
But we own Louisville all-time as well, and have a +8 win advantage over Indiana lolol.
It's not that I hate Kansas, I hate Bill Self's hair-piece. I also hate the mascot. That bird looks like a smug a**hole, smiling all the time with it's entirely too large beak, and wearing those ugly freakin' clown shoes. Prancing around like it doesn't have a care in the world.

They have a stupid chant, they count helms titles and then they have a stupid saying above the helms titles. Wtf is that...a quote from pirates of the caribbean? Are they suppose to be Jayhawks or Pirates?
I hate Kansas right now because we're getting ready to play them, and they're pretty good. In my mind, here is my turd rankings:
- UL (Hate - No explanation needed)
- Duke (Hate - Media slobfest makes me wanna vomit)
- UCONN (Hate - Our tourney losses to them)
- Arizona (Hate - 97 tourney loss)
- UNC (Hate - Cheaters)
- IU - (Classless fan base, but lower on list because they're basically irrelevant)
- KU, UCLA - (Because they're supposedly blue bloods)
- Everyone else - (Don't hate per se, but don't like them because they're not UK)
I am one of those who "oddly" like the Jayhawks, Rupp came from there and so did James Naismith so they have done a lot to help develop college basketball, the fans of theirs who I met when we defeated them 2012 NC were complementary of us and congratulated me on our teams victory and I like Bill Self so really can't develop any animosity to that. UConn and Jim Calhoun are at the top of my do not like list and I am glad we don't have to deal with him, don't enjoy seeing Duke win or UNC either especially knowing what we know about them and last but not least Syracuse and Jim Boeheim are another bunch if they never won again wouldn't bother me, while I am not a fan of UL they are irrelevant to me so I don't worry about those guys, used to kinda pull for them as long as we weren't playing them but during my tim here on Rupps Rafters I have been converted from my erroneous ways.
