On BTN. Close match, but so far it’s kind of a battle of service errors.

Cook has burned all of his challenges, two of them on terrible calls. And that was big because it looked like IU got a gift on set point.

Sun back in after Huskers lead 5-2 and she could be in front row. Cook has used about 11 players tonight. Showing some good depth, but inconsistent play by all. Lead in the fifth 8-5.

This team is growing. Plenty of upside. Kubick is starting to to get comfortable. Sun had a great night at the net. 1-0 in conf in a good road win.

We should beat Iowa twice again this year, but the Hawkeyes are more competitive and might win their second set ever against Nebraska. That's why Vicki Brown was just named the head coach, dropping the interim. They beat Northwestern 3-1 last night, and I bet they win at least one set against Illinois tonight.

As long as Vicki doesn't start paying rent for her players, she has a chance to stick for a long time.

I was watching it last night and noticed what I read about in the paper this morning. It seemed to be scorching hot in there. The Huskers even tried to prepare for this environment by practicing this week with no AC. Question for those in the know. Does Illinois play in an old dungeon that has no AC? I saw giant ceiling fans circulating air, but it looked brutal. All the ladies were drenched in sweat and the coach was even visibly sweating when they showed him on the sidelines.
