He is NOT a conservative.
He is NOT a centralist.
He is a liberal Democrat.
His vote will be in accord with the wishes of the party leadership---PERIOD. Now reason to expect anything else.
This was am election where the outcome would be less than desirable no matter the winner. However, to allow a liberal Dem to join the RINOs in the Senate makes recovery from the disastrous Obama years far less of a certainty. Very sad day for America and the hopes for a better economy. tax relief, and freedom from invading vagabonds from all over the World.
Please, can we refrain from referring to the Trump administration as having control of all all three--WHite House, Senate and House? Not at all true with the ones claiming to be Republicans and unwilling to join the President in his quest to Make America GREAT.
Very sad the direction this congress will not, more easily, take this Country.

Well, the seat is open again in 2020. If he (Jones) votes like you describe I doubt Alabama voters send him back.

No doubt he is there to stop Trump's agenda but witthout an alternative that's better is that smart for his constituents and holding onto that seat?

They aren’t going to send him back in 20. He got elected because his opponent was a Pederist.

He won running against that agenda. I assume he will vote that way. They new what they were getting.

I assume so. But Alabama did not turn from Red to Blue. If he votes against Trump's agenda he'd better leave the U Haul boxes packed cause he won't be staying in DC very long.
