First time in south stadium? Haha
Nope been in south stadium several times. Always knew it was worse than the other parts of the stadium but Saturday night was worse than normal. At least in the past you could walk up to the hawkers and get things fairly quick. Not anymore. Not even talking about beer, getting anything was tough.

West side about normal. Concessions are now using a switchback line instead of lining up in front of a vender. Thought it slowed it down a bit. 2nd qt I tried to get a slice of pizza told me they where out. New vender is going to have to do better on keeping items available. The beer lines where fast grab your 2 put it down and pay. FYI 2 per person per transaction. And they open all right there

Sold out of pizza in the 2nd quarter? Makes me wonder if the new vendor is ordering less Val's in order to sell more of their own stuff.

Not that I was aware of i grabbed mine before the start of the game and didn't go back for more. The stadium prices are ridiculous. With the new vendors, there were becoming more like the pro stadiums they already handle.
I feel like the only people that spend "a lot" at games are people that bring their family and/or a guy trying to impress a girl.

But for just the regular fan that goes to the games with his friends, you might spend what, 20 dollars or so?

We've had south stadium tickets since it was built, 60+ years. It was an absolute $hitshow. Worst I've seen in my life. Absolute gridlock.
I have east stadium tickets and that is how I felt the last time I used tickets in south stadium. I was just messing with you guys.

The whole food situation is ridiculous especially for the people up on level 6. People pay good money for the Suites to entertain clients and guests. We used to bring snacks and other finger foods, but that isn’t allowed anymore. You have to get everything through the vendor and the prices are beyond ridiculous. It was decided to supply the guests with a stipend so they can go buy food down at the concessions.

You probably won't get the same level of sympathy as people who walk through inches of urine because the troughs overflow in the south endzone.

My section turned into a trailer park white trash section. They could have charged 50 dollars a beer. Felt sorry for the young couple next to me with 2 kids and their first game
Lots of beer consumed around me. ZERO problems. It was worse when people would come to the game completely wasted at kickoff. Hope the AD made on a fortune on beer sales. I said they need an app where you can pay online and someone brings you a six pack in a collapsible souvenir cooler right to your seat.

About the only thing we buy at games is a bottle of water and sometimes a slice of Val’s. We hit Tico’s before or after.

It’s a you problem. You know what it’s going to be like. Get there 10-15 minutes early, get what you want then park your *** in your seat. We’ve been doing that for 40 years. I know I know. You have to sit there and watch the cheerleaders and Scarlets but that’s a price Im willing to pay for not fighting lines😉

I thought the beer lines were great, get your ID checked grab your type of beer pay by credit card and they open the container and you’re on your way..

Standing in line for food was different story so it was better just to get a Val’s pizza no line.

Actually, not my problem at all. I won't swap tickets with anyone in south stadium again.

Is it even possible to get to the game early in south stadium? Last time I sat there the line to get in went in between vehicles and was super slow. Opposing fans were asking if it was really the entrance to get into our stadium. Like a high school football game.

Well I’ve done it to let a family member use our row 16 west stadium tickets but I was in about row 4 behind the goalposts. Years ago I sat higher up and it was fine. Yeah it took a few minutes more to reach my seat but I wait quite a while to get to our regular seats unless I get there half an hour before kickoff. My generation has raised a bunch of candyasses.
