My brother has been a homebrewer for a decade+. I made my first beer a month or more ago. Did my first cider 3 weeks ago. Loved them both.

The beer was a 7.7% Dubbel recipe that was really nice.

The cider was a mix of windfall from our trees (apple and a little pear) with store bought apple juice and cherry juice. Was right at 6%.

Curious if anyone here has suggestions/recommendations for what to try next.
