But..He probably should have texted or emailed the kids thanking them for fighting with him and wishing them well with the new staff.It's not against the law to just leave quietly and move on with your life, but the better thing to do is what he didn't do. The players will be fine and everyone will move on, but it's complicated.</blockquote>
