This program doesn't get much media attention, but there are some exciting projects already well underway. This announcement today is strictly to let Congress know it's going to be a budget priority for Trump this year.

Kentucky sen Rand Paul had an interesting idea to wave taxes for inner city blighted areas.

If we can get property values up in blighted areas it's going to be a huge Bonanza not only to cities but States and the communities surrounding the Enterprise zones. That could have a huge impact on things like Transportation infrastructure education and even schools in local finances. Very important project underway.
