Help finding Ballast Point Mango Even Keel

Had this over the 4th at Blue Garten. Went to my liquor store to get it and they said they can't carry it because it is less than 4.2% alcohol. So I tried Uptown Grocery and Sprouts in Edmond. No luck. Any suggestions on how I can get it?

Very frustrating. You try to get a good beer with less than 4.2 and bc of the bs laws you get screwed.
